  4. d. Filming and Recording: Events may be filmed, recorded, or photographed for promotional or training purposes. Your attendance constitutes consent to being included in such recordings. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in advance and we will endeavour to accommodate your request where possible, although this may affect your ability to participate fully.
  5. e. Changes to Events: We reserve the right to change the date, time, location, content, speakers, or format of any Event due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
  6. f. Venue Rules: For in-person Events, you must comply with the rules and regulations of the venue.
  7. g. Eligibility: Eligibility requirements (e.g., minimum age) for specific Events will be specified.
  8. h. Conduct: You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all Events. Aggressive, offensive, threatening, bullying, or harassing behaviour towards staff, speakers, or other attendees will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the Event without refund.

5. Online and In-Person Courses

The following terms apply to your purchase and participation in our online and in-person courses:

  1. a. Course Access: Access to online courses typically requires registration and login details. Access may be time-limited as specified at the time of purchase.
  2. b. In-Person Course Booking: For in-person courses requiring booking, you must book your place within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 12 months). Bookings are subject to availability.
  3. c. Rescheduling (In-Person Courses): You may be permitted to reschedule your attendance at an in-person course subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase (e.g., free rescheduling once up to 31 days before the event, with subsequent reschedules incurring a fee). Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  4. d. Course Materials: Course Materials are provided for your personal use only and are subject to the Intellectual Property rights outlined in Section 3.

6. Interactions with Clients

These terms apply to all your interactions with the Company, its employees, contractors, trainers, and other representatives, whether online, in-person, via phone, email, or any other form of communication.

  1. a. Respectful Communication: All interactions should be conducted in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, offensive, threatening, or harassing communication will not be tolerated.
  2. b. Honesty and Integrity: You are expected to be honest and truthful in all your interactions with the Company. Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination of Use / Exclusion

  4. d. Engage in fraudulent activity, theft, or deceptive behaviour towards the Company or others associated with the Company.
  5. e. Intentionally or recklessly cause damage to our property or the property of others associated with the Company.
  6. f. Are intoxicated by alcohol or illegal drugs on our premises or during an Event.
    g. Commit any criminal offence on our premises or where the victim is associated with the Company.
    h. Engage in any activity that, in our sole discretion, is detrimental to the Company or other Users/attendee.
    Any suspected illegal or fraudulent activity may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon termination, your right to use the affected Services or Resources ceases immediately.

8. Fees and Payment

  1. a. Fee Structure: Fees for Services and Products will be clearly stated at the time of purchase on the Website, in marketing materials, or communicated directly to you.
  2. b. Currency and VAT: Fees are typically priced in Pounds (£) and may be subject to VAT, which will be indicated.

9. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered by PROPERTY BUSINESS TRAINING UK LTD.

  2. b. Cancellation by You (Online Courses): For online courses, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if you access or download all or part of the online course content within this 14-day period, you explicitly consent to waive your right to cancel and request a refund.
  3. c. Cancellation by You (In-Person Courses/Events):
    • ● For in-person courses or events requiring a specific booking date, you must book your attendance within 12 months of the purchase date. Failure to book within this period will be considered a cancellation by you, and no refund will be provided.
    • ● If you cancel your attendance at an in-person course or event, refunds are at our sole discretion and may be subject to an administration fee or forfeiture of the full Fee, depending on the notice period and the specific terms agreed at the time of purchase.
  4. d. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us:
    • ● If we cancel an Event or course, we will offer you the option of a full refund of the Fee paid or transfer to an alternative date or Service, where available.
    • ● If we reschedule an Event or course and you are unable to attend the new date, we will consider your eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
  5. e. Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe usually within 30 days and issued using the original payment method.
