About The Course
HMO using BRRR Strategy course will provide detailed understanding of setting up a traditional HMO (HMO – Houses in Multiple Occupancy) and the process to setting up the Buy, Refurbish, Refinance and Rent strategy also known as “BRRR strategy”.
This strategy is the process where you secure a property primarily to add value and with the aim of going back to the lenders to refinance the property. We would go through a recent deal of securing and setting up a HMO using BRRR strategy.
